Invalid MIUI 14 - Bug - Notifications

Notifications cannot be enabled in some apps... How to solve the problem? There were no such problems on MIUI 13, Android 12.

Some apps don't have permissions to show on lock screen on Mi 11 (venus) version stable 14.0.8.0, why?
I need to configure every new app this permission, is this the default behavior?

25% of my apps did not have checked notification. Checked all of them, and they work.

Is this the default behavior? In other roms, even on MIUI global doesn't happen.
Is this not annoying to do every new app installed?

Hummm maybe this is the problem, I'll try again. How about the notifications delay? Usually some apps notifications delay after I unlock the phone.

Another behavior is about the Lock screen notifications, when I unlock the screen the notifications Will missing when Lock again.
