New MIUI 3.6.14: Phone ringing delay on gt-i9100

Hi, I have installed MIUI 3.6.14 on my samsung galaxy s2 - gt-i9100.
Im not sure if any one of you is facing this problem, but when I receive a call from a known number which is saved in my phonebook then its okay. But when I receive a call from an unknown number, then my phone rings after sometime there is a delay of 2-3 secs. The phone number gets displayed on the screen but the phone rings after 2-3 secs.
Im not sure if this is a bug or I need to change my phone settings, but please help me in resolving this problem. I dont want to change the ROM for this reason. Else the ROM is working flawlessly, thought I have used for 1 week only.

Check the Firewall app if there's a rule enabled that is blocking or filtering calls.

the calls are not getting blocked. its just that there is a delay.

Oh! I believe I have got the solution. I have disabled the Anti-Stranger mode from the firewall. It was active earlier. let see how it goes.
