Miui 6 Samsung Note 3

I have a mi3 and work have me a Samsung note 3. After a couple of days using it I wanted to throw it against the wall....

Just found a decent Rom on miui website and seems quite stable. Even got gapps to work.

Just wanted to know how to get it like the ones I find here for the mi3. Deleting of Chinese apps, yellow pages, what is safe to do and how to do it.

Best way to fix this problem....
Bought a mi note... put personal & work sim cards.... threw away work issued samsung...
