MIUI based on CM7/CM7-Nightly/AOSP/OTA?

Hi,

i just want to know on what MIUI is based. Over at xda there are some tweaks for CM7, such as a new libsqlite and so on.

So is MIUI based on CM7 or AOSP or OTA?

If it is CM7, which one is it. Is it based on the latest nightlys or the stable ROMs?

I am a bit confused

This is aosp based. Not cm based. They built this from scratch.
