Miui-dev app ?

I noticed miui-dev.com changed the url for the forums and now the miui-dev app (forum app) doesnt work..

I dont know if this app is official since its not on market..

Who made it? Will it be fixed?

I know theres tapatalk but i rather have the miui one alone
