Miui EU 10 - boot forever

I have the miui official version (10.0.1.0) on my Xiaomi Mi 6.
When I install the .eu version, the phone dont boot. is always in the boot window. It's been 1 hour like this. I've tried 3 times already. I'm using twrp

Hi, Format data in TWRP - backup before that because it will erase everything on the phone.

the steps were: unlocked the bootloader
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.2.3-0-sagit.img
fastboot boot twrp-3.2.3-0-sagit.img

format data
install xiaomi.eu_multi_MI6_8.11.22_v10-8.0

I had that problem and the format "yes" fixed my infinite boot. Mine was with the beta rom.
