MIUI Weather widget does not work

Guys, after I have updated to 3.11.29 today I wanted to try the MIUI weather widget, but when I put it on my screen, there is a notification that it is not installed. I click on the note but nothing happens but according to the update highlights, this widget just get international support and should work. Could you help me out and tell me how can I fix this problem?

I've searched the forum looking for the APK of the time but can not find it. You can tell me where you can download?

The apk must be installed in /system/app. You will need root to do this.

If you do not know how to install things in the /system partition, do not attempt this.

Anyways, the all can be pulled from the latest mi2s english only rom (not the multilang rom)
