New MIX 3 slider tools

I don't know if this is a bug from this ROM or from MIUI itself, but I've noticed that when using the slider tools option in MIX 3 it never updates the Timer and Recorder status. So if I have the Timer running and I open the slider tools it will still show 00:00:00 like it never started. Instead the Weather icon does work because it shows the actual temperature and location correctly.

But I know it must work because as showed on the example image attached it should show the running status of it.
I hope I made myself clear.

I see the strings <string name="counter_time">00:00:00</string> and <string name="recorder_time">00:00:00</string> are static, maybe there is some way to make them receive the actual time from the Recorder and Clock app?

Also I would like to help with translations, but I don't know how...
