MIX 4 on MIUI 12.6 21.0.15 - how to upgrade to newer version

My phone (MIX 4) is showing OTA upgrade available in the settings menu - MIUI 12.6 22.3.3 but if fails to start the download.
Is there a fix for this?
if not how can i manually do this.

Download from the ROM thread, and flash as explained in the first post.
