New mobile data stucking - used mi max 3

Hi,

I bought used mi max 3 6GB/128GB on aliexpress, and get a device in good conditions and probably with fake mui rom working with un unlocked bootloader, everything was fine for the first day!
1-after picked few custom roms from 4pda, and i wiped everything, flashed twrp 3.5.2.90, flashed custom rom (as lineage 18.1), reboot is okay and everything seems okay, only mobile 4g internet was stacking permanently, tried to use exactly same 4g apn operator on my other phone (mi max 2), but no way to get mobile data working,

this happened the same with others custom roms,

2- tried to flash xiaomi.eu mui rom
- xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMAX3_V12.0.1.0.QEDCNXM_v12-10.zip or
- xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMAX3_9.9.26_v11-9.zip ),

flashing was okay, but i'm getting "this device is blocked because was associated with mi account +86..." so no way to get this mui ro working ??

any help to to get device working with custom rom ?

It seems that the phone was locked by the previous owner, it was maybe stolen.

@JiaiJ : don't think, seller on aliex** seems serious and having good feedbacks, any way : must send message to mi support for unblocking with invoice ?

in this case, no way to get it working even with custom rom : installed custom rom is very fast, all features are working, but NOT mobile data only!!!!
