Mobile Data too slow

Hi!
My Mobile Data are too slow. Smarthphone can't load Facebook, Youtube, Google Play, Sites in Google Chrome.... Viber-, Messenger - Texting is OK. With WiFi no problems. Any Help?

SOLVED!!!
In APN Settings were both IPv4 and IPv6 selected. I've only IPv6 choosen und works.

I have this problem also, but it's only because my house is in a bad location
