My phone has data and SMS support, but it doesn't make or receive calls. It's a Xiaomi 13 Pro CN, has the Xiaomi-EU Hyperos 2 ROM, and has an unlocked bootloader. Of the three carriers in my country, only one works properly. Based on the phone's specifications and carriers, they should all work.
The phone recognizes the SIM cards, tries to call, but waits for a while, and then says to try again later.
