I bought my Xiaomi 11T Pro about one month ago, it was working fine till the last week that its screen freeze and then the phone shut down and restarted again. I checked for updates and updated the software. I thought it was fixed but it didn't, every few minutes a slide comes up from the down side of the screen for a split of a second. and 3 to 7 times a day my phone keeps freezing and then shutting down! it's really annoying and I don't know what to do with it! it's new and its software is updated. Also, some of my apps like skype and Instagram don't work properly, for example when using skype, if I come out of the app while on call to check another app, I can't get back to the app again! it's annoying! what should I do now?
