Need A Tutorial For Unlocking, Installing Twrp, And Roms!!!

I want a tutorial what the best way is to do this:

- Unlock bootloader
- Install easyway latest TWRP
- Installing new roms (why arent there a lot of roms for the Mi Pad2? Because the intell chip or?)
