Just as the title said, what should I do? It's my first time to rollback. What should I wipe in TWRP? Thanks in advance!

Install latest Global Stable fastboot image for your phone with MIUI ROM Flashing Tool. Google some newish instructions from XDA Developers or en.miui.com forum.
