Need help to install modem tool ( Rueban MTB - com.xiaomi.mtb)

Hi guys,

I am trying to to set sw mbn manually so that I can use VoLTE. I have a Mi 11 and just need to dial *#*#663368378#*#* to boot up modem tool and set mbn.
But the tool is not exist on Redmi note 9 pro global version (I am using xiaomi eu rom).
Is there any way to flash the modem tool?

That phone's RIL (Radio Interface Layer) doesn't support it.

I am currently facing an issue with Rueban MTB Modem Tools version v6.5.20230922 on my Mi 11 Lite NE 5G (Indian version) running HyperOS 1.0.10.0. When attempting to use the tools, I receive an error: "The server rejected authentication request." Additionally, other version rueban mtb tools I'm trying to use are showing the error: "URL authorization required.And my device is not rooted.

Does my device need to be rooted in order to access modem tools....???

No, you can’t flash the modem tool separately. It’s usually tied to specific devices and ROMs. You’ll need to use alternative methods or tools compatible with your Redmi Note 9 Pro and Xiaomi EU ROM to enable VoLTE.
