New Mi9 Pro 5G and a lot of problems

Hi everybody,

I am really happy about my new phone but I can`t use it because I have a lot of problems. But first some informations about my new phone:

- MIUI 11.2 by xiaomi.eu 20.1.9
- Google Play Store 18.3.13


It looks like there is a error with the access rights. I can`t download any apk from the internet. I got Error 190 at the Google Play Store and my Camera told me I had to insert a sd card. Could anyone help me with this?

I tried to fix the 190 error:

Adb shell pm grant com.android.vending android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Adb shell pm grant com.android.vending android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

But witht no success.
