New PC drivers

Hi,

I have a new PC and am trying to install the newest weekly to my Mi 11 Ultra. I had no problems before on my previous PC, however when I am searching for fastboot devices in CMD nothing is showing, I have installed adb and fastboot tools and google usb driver, what am I missing? Please help, thanks
