New POCO X3 user and questions about Xiaomi.eu fastboot images

Hi guys,

I bought this little beast a couple of weeks ago and I'm interested in installing xiaomi.eu ROM. For the moment, I'd like to keep stock recovery, 'cause TWRP break fastboot right now.

I've read on POCO X3 forum here that fasboot images are available. For the life of me, I'm unable to find them. Can you please tell me where the downloads are? Also is there any tutorial on how to install them using fastboot?
