New releases for spesn/spes

I have noticed that two OEM OTA updates have been released for Redmi Note 11 have translated into Xiaomi.eu ROM updates for the same. The two updates were HyperOS 1.0.5 and now 1.0.7.
Have the devices been deprecated or what?

Is the release contingent on the release of a official Recovery ROM or Fastboot ROM because between after 1.0.4, Xiaomi did release 1.0.5in May/June and 1.0.7 last week.

I do understand. What I'm trying to understand is how Spes/Spesn xiaomi.eu's releases follow the OTA updates from Xiaomi itself. Based on the release history, it follows Spesn releases instead of spes?

Base for xiaomi.eu ROM spes/spesn is Global ROM (SPESN) not (SPES)
