Newbie Needs Help

Hello. Since 3 weeks i have an redmi note 2. I have the latest 7.0.8.0 version miui installed. I want to use a multi language version which i can get over here. I haven't flashed my phone. Is it possible to get this done by installing a previous version from here ? Please let me know

Backup the data, done a full wipe (data, dalvik and cache), then proceeded to flash a rom you like. Once booted up and restored back your data.
