No 3g/h+/h Only 4g Or E

Hello @ll, on my mi5 i only have 4G or E Internet. I have two Sim Cards in Slot. One of them has 3G and Second has 4G Internet Speed (both work in other Dual Sim Phones perfect) on Mi5 with the 3G Sim i get only E Internet and with the 4G Sim only 4G or E. No H+ or H. Bootloader is Unlock. I get the Phone with China Stable Rom. I Flash Miui Eu Rom from here. I go allready in settings and Change Network. I chanche also in MTK Menu, but it don't work. I Flash allso other Basebands, but nothing. Only fingerprint dosent work any more by Change Basebands.
The Eu Rom i flash over twrp and all work. I wipe Caches.
I poste a lot in German Forums, but nobody have the same Problem like me. On my Phone Box stand TD-LTE. Maby that is a Problem?

Try change settings in that menù, write in the dialer *#*#4636#*#* then change settings in sim 1 and 2 under connection preferences

I do allready. Nothing happend.

It go back to this. If i Change to WCDMA only, i don't get Internet Connection.

I had same experience 2 days ago, but somehow it got right again after several hours and phone reboots.

I try the menu, i flash the lates Eu Rom. I don't try to Flash the China Rom. Why it Can help? When i flash the Eu Rom in twrp i flash also everything. Like Modem and Baseband or?
