I had clean flashed this version when it was released, no themes, only magisk

I'm not aware of any other user with that issue, seems like something is wrong with your device, maybe messed up persist partition...

Persist is still there

It seems to be working normally again. I noticed now that there is no fading into the blur throughout the system effect like there used to on pie builds. Probably a miui issue though.
