Invalid Redmi Note 13 4G HyperOS 2 Notification Shade and Control Center delay animations

After flashing anything kernel in my sapphire I noticed better battery life and smoother animations. The main difference (I guess) is that I try to keep my device as lightweight as possible, i.e, I don't install social media apps, themes or 16 tiles in control center...
Thanks for the kernel my battery life is better and the rom is more stable now, it's just the delayed animation in the control panel issue

685 too weak for blurs (for hyperos 1) and it becomes worse in HyperOS 2, it's about delay (not just cc transition). Keyboard popup, opening notification/folder homecreen, etc. There are many delays here.
Stay in HyperOS 1 with blur disabled for better experience.
But i'm curious for seeing nerfed animation with blur enabled (if possible) for Topaz/Sapphiren

For a weak device like that - I'd assume it's normal.
On our ROMs certain animations and effects intended for mid-end and/or high-end devices are unlocked for all, which could be too much for Snapdragon 685.

I don't think the window-level blur or advanced textures is at fault here, This also happens even if you have the two of then turned off. It's mostly noticeable when you have the charging animation set to "flow" , and while you're on lock screen, and decided to plug the charger, and pulldown the CC it becomes slow. It'll return to normal after unlocking the device. Also this also happens when you open the -1 screen/app vault, pulldown the CC, it'll only return to normal after exiting -1 screen.
