New No lockscreen

I flashed miui multilang 3.6.28 in my galaxy s2. Everything ok, but when i block screen it just turn it off, but no lock screen. I tried with other themes but same issue

have you rebooted your phone before flashing gapps..?

I followed the instructions carefully...first flashed miui rom, reboot and after usual settings (language, date and time, keyboard input) I reboot again and flashed gapps.

I fix it! I restored my efs folder...fix permissions in custom recovery and thats all
