No Mi Unlock Feature In Mi5s

i'm using mi5s, global stable version, 8.0.3.0
trying to unlock the device, but get an error "...account is not bound...".
I've searched the net for answers, most of it refer me to the dev. option and look for mi unlock states (or status).
however, I can't find such thing under developer option!
any idea about it?

Update to the latest stable, it should be there in 8.2.xx
