Couldn't Unlock with Mi Unlock Tool

Hello,

I want to unlock my Redmi 12C for changing Global ROM from China ROM.
But I cannot unlock it with the "Mi Unlock Tool" on my PC.

The error message shows "Please add your account in MIUI's settings > Developer options > Mi Unlock Status".

I also log in Mi account on my phone and also associate with Mi Unlock Status in Developer options.
I tried many versions of the Mi Unlock Tool and it still shows the message.

Could you please help me with how can I solve this problem?
I need to change my Redmi 12C to the Global ROM version.

I already added an account in Mi Unlock Status and it is still showing that message.
But now it is solved by upgrading the MIUI version.
I have to wait 459 hours to unlock it.
