Hello,

I just got my mi6, when I inserted the sim I'm getting no network. I tried resetting the device but the same problem. Switched sim slots same problem. My previous device was the mi5 and I never encounter this problem.

Any solutions to this?

Yes, everything else works. WiFi etc. If try a call I get "cellular network not available"

Do I need to unlock bootloader?

Yes but while you reflash you can also do flash and lock and will you have relocked your bootloader so you can have certified phone

I did that already and having the same issue. Nothing has change. I see the signal bars and network name. If I try to make a call get same error. "no cellular network"

Are you using ROOT/SuperSU?

No I'm not. Not sure what that is either. I flashed the global ROM as well using MiFlash and having the same issue.

I would like to think so. I may return the device for a replacement. Can't think of anything else to try.

Did you tried the both SIM slots?
