No otg

I know that currently at last week update , the otg capability doesn't work. I just bought mi3w and i don't familier with other versions of miui, but anyone can tell me if the jelly bean version has otg capability ? And if so, can i downgrade to an early version ?

Wait... i just tested 4.5.23 and OTG works. MIUI fixed it.

It seems like OTG problem has been solved on miui-4.5.23, but still can't mount USB storage device with NTFS partition. I am using paragon NTFS&HFS+ app. Could you please tell me if it is a bug ?
