New No Push Notification - A Possible Solution?

I have tried aosp rom and for me the problem was still there. When i found out about ipv6 solution i was on aosp.
Did you already check your settings in security app, permissions etc?

i used many other roms and never had to change ipv6, now since im back to miui 8, i had to go to developer options, then turn off miui optimization ( plus tje settings of autostart and lock whatsapp...etc )
the result is better, but never good as aosp or cm roms...
