New No radio signal on Redmi 8

Goodmorning everyone,
since this morning my wife's Redmi 8 does not receive (and does not send) phone calls. It is not even possible to connect to the mobile network.

Entering the "sim status" menu, the only indication I find is "no radio signal". The wifi, at the moment, works regularly.

I have already tried to turn the smartphone off and on again; switch to "flight" mode, but without resolution.

Could anyone tell me how to solve?

Sorry but we can not, here at EU custom rom, take care of your issue that is related to STOCK XIAOMI rom.
Report it to your seller.
Note:
Try a factory reset and check for rom update.
You can also test the SIM in a different phone and make a manual network selection in settings.
