No Root In Miui 6.2.4 (mi4)

Hi,
yesterday I flashed Miui 6.2.4 (multi) on my Xiaomi Mi4. I did it like ingbrzy wrote it underneath in the comments. Almost everything works well. So I tryed to give an app root in Security>Permissions>Root-Acces.
But there is only "no App has Roo-Access". Because of that I tryed SuperSU but the app says no SU-Binary.
My question is (how) can I get Root access on my Mi4 (6.2.4) or is there a way to install the SU-Binary.

Thanks for you fast reply but I have problems with the mi PC suite. It does not detect my phone since 6.4.2. But I've found another method wich has worked great here.
