No sound in call

Every few hours I cant make or receive phone calls because I have no sound.
Music and other sounds work as usual.
I have latest LRTWRP b5 with latest xiaomi.eu rom 11.0.0.9.
My phone is 9s curtana.
Does anybody known what is the problem?
Or Someone have the same issue?
