My bootloader is unlocked I tried to flash twrp but I am getting a error FAILED (remote: '(recovery _a) No such partition '). What should I do to fix this.

You're not supposed to flash that TWRP, there is no recovery partition on the device you're using.
fastboot boot twrp.img
Then flash the ROM, it should already have TWRP included so no need to install it separately, assuming you're flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM.
If you're just installing TWRP without flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM, boot to TWRP and look for the installation button.
