New No vibrate option on volume rocker (Mi Max 3 )

I noticed that when changing the ringer volume, there's no option for just vibrate. Usually it goes sound, vibrate, silence, but here it just goes sound, to silence. There's an option to include vibration in the settings, but then it always vibrates regardless of your ringer volume.
