Resolved Not able to download app's via gprs after updating to 2.4.13 version

Hello,

I performed clean install of 2.4.13 GB version on my Motorola Defy yesterday.
I noticed that when I try to install small app's via GPRS, I get message stating requires Wi-Fi.
I have ensured that I can download app's via GPRS.
'Download Apps only Wi-Fi' option is disabled I confirmed.

Is it a bug?
I never had this problem in any of earlier versions of MIUI.

Deletes the account in Google play and add again.
It will be alright.
