Invalid Not install Xiaomi Apps

Guys, I tried to install the "Xiaomi Home App" on my Mi14 Pro Xiaomi.eu 2.0.10.4.0, but the app does not install in any way (Message: Unable to install), which prevents control of the Xiaomi cleaning robot. I also notice that the Mi Video and Mi Browser apps do not install. Could it be a compilation block or is there something wrong with my device ?
Is there anything I can do to fix it? I appreciate any help.

Don't know about Xiaomi Home app, you didn't provide any log recorded during installation attempt.

Yes I did not provide it, I only have the error message I mentioned that is displayed on the screen and nothing else. I have no idea if it is possible to turn on a verbose log mode when installing an app, to keep all the logs for later investigation.
