note 12 turbo keeps booting into fastboot mode after flash and lock with rom GB

Hi everyone,
i pressed flash and lock when i was installing GB rom and then the device got error this sytem version cannot be installed in this device i searched how to fix it but it got worse when it stuck in fastboots help me!!

Couldn't Unlock Bootloader on Xiaomi 13

in my oplnion make new accont us region,with new mail.you must see hours number to unlock I created with new mail address but it doesn't show hours only this message i've posted before. thank you
