Note 12 turbo keeps booting into fastboots mode

Hi everyone,
i pressed flash and lock when i was installing GB rom and then the device got error this sytem version cannot be installed in this device i searched how to fix it but it got worse when it stuck in fastboots help me!!

Do they reply fast? i need as soon as possible to be done.

I also saw authtool.com that can fix but i dont know where to buy credits for that app.
