Note 4g-Battery Drain-95% showing-4 Minutes

I have the Redmi Note 4G. Battery is draining too fast. It is at 93% but showing only 4m. Is it a bug????

I am running 2 or 3 days on full battery with Note 4G and MIUI V6

5.1.16 when starting my redmi note 4g, leaves a progress bar after every shutdown, is a bug?
