Notification Led !!

I newly bought xiaomi redmi 9t and did a system upgrade, but i cant see any notification led options anywhere ! Does it have a notification led ? Because if not then thats a screwed up mistake from xiaomi.

And if yes it do have a notification led , then WHERE IS IT and HOW TO ACTIVATE IT ????

Try aodNotify or LED Blinker Pro.
Will affect battery life though.

But still they have to fix it , it looks like a system bug because i still cant see the option to enable/ disable notifications led in my settings

I contacted a region office and they didnt deny it , also gave me something to do hopefully it will solve it .
