New Notifications problem :(

Im not getting whatsapp notifications while screen is off...tried everything
Turned on auto start
Turned off miui optimisation
Ugrent priority settings
But nope
Nothing is working
Only if i lock whatsapp to ram
But notification delay is still more than 30 sec
Fix this.
Im sick of this!
