Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I am looking for some help. I recently updated to the latest miui 12 stable rom and i feel it works great. But now when I restore messages from "SMS backup and Resore" app, a few of my friends messages don't appear. I can see on file that the messages are there, and when I restore on non xiaomi phones, those messages do appear.
Originally they were on the Xiaomi's receive calls but not SMS (I don't know why because I never put them there), regardless I took them off the list, and nothing has been fixed. What's even more odd is when I send a sms to anyone of those friends (mine you only 3 people) the phone automatically deletes them.
I'm not sure if this is a xiaomi thing, or xiaomi.eu, or anything else, but I would like the ability to sms them.
