Does Redmi K30 have Widevine L1 certification? I guess not but I'm maybe wrong. ;)

EDIT: If you are on MIUI with Android 11 (so on a recent Weekly ROM version), that's normal to not have Widevine L1 (yet):

You can also check if you have "Widevine (L1)" in fingerprint payments:

- Ensure you have connected to the Internet;
- Ensure at least one fingerprint enrolled;
- Go to Settings -> Lock screen & password -> Manage fingerprints -> Fingerprint payments -> Widevine (L1)
- Click "Certificate" button to download widevine certification key

So I won't have L1?

You'll have to wait until one of these devices get a Global Android 11 update:
davinci, phoenixin, toco, tucana, violet
Then we'll try to port the required files to enable L1 on phoenix, like we do for most other devices. Might work, might not work, remains to be seen.
