New Ota update bug

I received a OTA update on my Vince device to miui 10, but when I clicked to download it appeared the message that my device was up to date. I downloaded the package through the website and updated it, but should I be concerned if it happens in a future OTA update?

Yeah let us know for any future inconvenience, but in case of jumping from 9 to 10 manual method seems to work better at the moment.
