Ota Update Question

Hey guys,
I just got this (stupid) question: if I use a xiaomi.eu rom and I update my phone via OTA, do I keep my multilanguage rom or it'll be replaced by the chinese dev rom?
And the OTA update will also work for the marshmallow rom (no locked bootloader, etc)?

Our ROM get only OTA to our ROM..
