Is it really true i cant use another launcher on my Mi 11 ultra? I really cant understand xiaomi make this move, its kind of Apple behavior.

This is my first xiaomi phone and if this continues... my last for sure, so sad because i really like the phone.
I like miui to, but need the possibility for much more settings like on nova launcher etc.

Such a shame.

you can use a 3rd party launcher but perhaps you have to use some workarounds for some functions that has the standard launcher or sometimes you cant use them

Okaayy then, but i really search in this forum and on xda, but cant find how to do this.
