I have this camera for about 4 months. Im also subscribed so i can watch events. Everything was working great but couple of weeks ago all of a sudden i couldnt watch events anymore. I still get notifications when camera detects movement, but when i go under surveillance and click on event to view it, nothing happens.
I tried reinstalling app, rebooting camera but nothing seems to work.
This makes camera pointless since i cant watch events.
I contacted Xiaomi support but so far all they did is tell me to reinstall the app, reboot camera and stuff that i already tried.
Does anyone have a similar issue? I dont know what to do at this point.
