Own themes.

Hi, my name is Joe and I am interested in making my own MIUI theme. I have a wide knowledge of photoshop and have some great ideas, I just need to know what software extracts (or creates) the .mtz files that end up being themes.

Hey im also looking to make a theme any help would be good from you guys

as far as i understand all you do is rar a file with the right files inside then rename your file to "theme.mtz"

is this right ?
