Partial Ota Updates With Root?

Hello,
Is possible to install partial OTA updates with root?

If system detects root It send me the message of OTA but I have to download the whole rom.

Anyone know a solution?

we have no partial OTA.. full ROM only...

Sorry, but do I lose Root and Custom Recovery if update through OTA?
